Kalima meaningful word, there are three types of arabic words:

  • Ism (noun)
  • fil (verb)
  • harf (particle)

These three come to together to form Murakkab (meaningful) construct.

These constructs can be of two types:

  • Tamun (complete (picture))
  • Incomplete (incomplete (picture))

Two types of sentences in Arabic:

  • Jumlatun ismiyya (nominal sentence)
  • Jumlatun fi’liyya (verbal sentence)

Five phrases in Qur’anic arabic:

  1. Murakkab tausefi (Descriptive)
  2. Murakkab eshari (Pointing)
  3. Murakkab edafi (Possessive)
  4. Murakkab jarri (Prepositional)
  5. Murakkab azafi (Conjunction)
